I would recommend them to people I know. They were able to help me a lot. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
