They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was shocked at how much I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They were very expensive. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
