In the several years that I have seen Dr. Arauzo, he prescribed (and tried to prescribe) MANY prescriptions that I did not need. It became my responsibility to figure out what to trust and what not to trust in what he said or advised. In my last several appointments with him, he began making sexist comments, like "women don't usually worry about financial well-being." Recently, he stopped taking insurance and his office called my husband out of the blue to schedule an appointment because it had been a while, however, they neglected to tell him or remind him that insurance would no longer be accepted and when my husband walked out of Dr. Arauzo's office, he was given a bill over three times what it would have cost with his insurance coverage. This seems to me like dishonest business practice and is frankly infuriating. If you would like to be over-medicated and over-charged, go right ahead. If you would like to see a provider you can trust, do not see this man.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away.
