The staff definitely wasn't friendly. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping me. I called to try and see if I could get an appointment and the lady on the other end told me should could not release that infromation to me and was very rude about it. She asked if I was calling from a hospital or clinic and I said no i am just someone trying to see if there is openings for an appointment.I was appauled by the service that I recieved over the phone. Your responsibility when answering the phone is to help someone not cause them more frustration and belittle them. If you are having things going on in your life dont take it out on other people who are trying to get their lives better.
