Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all. They made me wait in the waiting room for so long. It felt like I was in there for hours. I've never had to worry about them canceling my appointment. They've always been very reliable.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I don't think I had their full attention during my appointment. They listened to me sometimes, but they seemed to get distracted easily. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
