I never saw that doctor on that place, only nurses practitioners attend you, its a completely waste of time, money and energy!

The doctor never came to the appointment!
The nurse took notes and did an evaluation, after 40 minutes she was done, gave my son a prescription and told him to come back in 2 weeks!
Where was the doctor? They charged 300 dollars! I was told the doctor had to attend a meeting so he was unavailable. The office manager told me she realized they made a mistake! REALLY? We where given full refund after I let them know this was not acceptable. I was then told they would not see him again because he was too upset. He did toss the prescription paper at the desk of the receptionist, and according to the office manager that behavior was reason for dismissal. We waited 6 weeks for this appointment. The experience was a big disappointment. I feel the whole experience showed very little respect for the patient. This kind of medical care is not always easy to seek, so just to be brushed off this way was truly hurtful.

Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
