They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
