Dr. Panday's office is very professional in appearance, as well as his staff except for one of his clerks who takes a very long time to get you needed information or charge you as she also spends too much time trying to answer patients questions ahead of you that should be directed to the doctor. Dr. Panday himself is very smooth talking but not a very good listener. I went to see him for a shoulder problem and carpal tunnel. I told him that the shoulder problem was the one that kept me awake at night due to the pain. He first sent me for pt which helped a little but did not heal. He then recommended the carpal tunnel repair but ignored my questions about my shoulder. After my procedure which did help my hand, I told him that my shoulder was still giving me a lot of pain and problems, he had completely forgotten about this problem which he had done x-rays on and evaluated. So then he sent me for another MRI and a second opinion which he completely ignored. The 2nd doctor recommended testing again with lidocaine and evaluating my range of motion. Dr. Panday said the 2nd doctor did not recommend this and he would not do it. He also admitted that he had not even looked at my MRI cd as he did not need to. Since then I have seen another doctor in Dallas who reviewed my MRI and evaluated me with the above procedure and x-rays and agreed that I do have a torn rotator cuff and that surgery would alleviate my pain. Dr. Panday's manner with me was arrogant and rude. If you ask too much questions he gets upset even putting hand up and will not discuss with you any further. What a jerk!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
Dr. Panday was the most personable doctor I have seen in years and I see a lot of doctors since I am retired due to having a 100% disability. He went way beyond what I expect a doctor to do, he explained things so that both myself and my wife could understand without talking down to us, my wife and I are professionals and have masters degrees in our fields.
