WORST DOCTOR EVER! He spent like 5 mins with us after the xrays confirmed that my father has arthritis he gave my dad a shot did not tell us what our next steps are. When I asked him a question he seemed annoyed. He is an grumpy old man that is obviously tired of his job. Second appointment was even worst, all he said was "I DON'T KNOW, ITS WHATEVER MY FATHER WANTS TO DO" what doctor says that? Had to make another another appointment with another doctor.

This has been my worst experience with a doctor. I believe that Dr. Hilliard is skilled in his craft, but his staff is terrible. I have never felt so discouraged dealing with my health and the lack of personalized service! I had surgery almost 2 weeks ago and when I returned to get my stitches removed, I did not even get to see the doctor. The Medical Assistant removed the stitches, because the doctor was on a call. I did not get to speak to the doctor and had to get a post operative report and look up the information on the internet to determine my diagnosis. I have been in pain and called because I strained my knee post surgery and had been taking large amounts of Advil. I was starting to feel sick and knew that it was not normal. Once again the MA / Nurse told me to just take more Advil and come in next week if I am not better. I have had no access to the doctor beyond my surgery. This medical assistant and nursing staff is awful and has ruined my overall experience. If you want personalized service and access to a doctor, then do not see Dr. Hilliard. His MA, Jamie and nursing team will ensure that you don't receive it. I am speaking from experience as I sit here in pain!
