I was was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. He takes you to his office after the room visit to explain and address questions. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Nothing unusual for an office visit. The office is friendly and welcoming .
