They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Rodolfo Tomasino, MD was very thorough and informative. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
