They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They moved offices 3 times in the last year and did not communicate with existing patients about the moves. It was extraordinarily difficult to track them down. All the phone numbers and addresses on the web are wrong- including Google. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Her staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. When comparing the provider to others I have visited for the same condition, Dr. Lutich is among the best I have seen. It was nice to see her treat her staff with respect. It was obvious that she had a good relationship with all of her staff members.
