I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Not really, some questions went unanswered

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
