Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
