I highly recommend this Doctor. I have been using Dr. Mercer since shortly after he arrived in Tyler for my daughter about 30 years ago. In my books, he is the the best. When my (special needs) daughter used to sit on the floor, he would get down to be at her level. Thank goodness she is now more at ease on a chair. I don't have any complaints and can't praise him enough.Through the years, I've come in contact with many of his clients and they have been pleased with him. He listens, and his responses are on a regular persons level. He is a very compassionate, considerate, and knowledgeable Doctor. I couldn't be happier with him!! Praise The Lord for sending him my way.
