I loved Dr. Herzog.....I was very apprehensive but he took the time to explain everything in detail. He seemed extremely smart and detailed.

Dr Herzog truly did not care about my suffering. He made a "plan" he did not follow up on. He sent me to work on the phone suffering. After you see him, you never see him again, only staff. He didn't ask me any questions, diagnosed me from the paperwork I filled out. After thousands of dollars spent, I had the nerve to "question" him and asked for the office manager. Instead of a call back, I got a letter of discharge, they cancelled my appointment to have my cpap card read,so I don't know if it's working properly. He had his staff shoot my head full of botox and cancelled my appointment to have the check up to see his staff (not him again) and check on any problems from the poison he had shot in my head. All because I questioned him. He charges up as much as he can, and if the brain MRI shows no problem, then he's through. He did have his staff give me a paper on a couple of books to read. That's all the feedback I received after me and my insurance company spent close to $10,000.
