While Dr. Chen is nice, I found his staff rude and uncaring. I called to cancel an appointment, which I had to do on voicemail, and never received one response. Then my husband was referred to a specialist who sent his results to Dr. Chen on 3/12 and he has never heard one thing. I called Dr. Chen's office to let him know of our issues and dissatisfaction and the lady said ok. That was all. I wouldn't pay one more dime for his' services nor his office's.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Convenient location and close to home. Dr Chen is very pleasant person and listens attentively and diagnoses accurately.
