The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
