This physician has gotten very slow over the years. It is difficult to communicate with him. Although well experienced a a good reputation, the downfall of his practice is the front office. They are rude non-caring the past four visits at this practice have bee horrible experiences due to office staff. The office manager does not listen,makes excuses an will not accept responsibility for things that go wrong. Waiting times are 45 mins to 1 1/2 hrs . They blame the dr. Change their story and he denies what ever excuse they give. I had to fire this dr. Simply due to the repeated inadequacies of the front office staff under their current manager.
