It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
