I like Dr. Richards because she is straight forward--no nonsense. When I was going through a rough time I found her to be very supportive. I don't care about decor or the most modern equipment. I care about a Dr. who will go to bat for me and I believe she will. I stopped seeing her when I moved to Austin, but now that I am returning to Houston I will definitely be her patient again.

They were rude and unprofessional. Staff changes frequently because the "doctor" is verbally abusive to the point that she makes them cry. They barely gave me any information at all - is an alarmist, and just says stuff off of the top of her head without knowing what is going on. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered until I see a real doctor. I would never recommend this "doctor" to anyone. They are completely inadequate.
