I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
