They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Front desk clerks I could tell they really hated their job. The nurse practitioner I asked her fill out my FMLA paperwork and she put horrible comments for my employer to see. I feel like my appointment was pointless, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
