They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I am impressed with the care I have received. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate.

Not a recent patient but there was an unfortunate general perception of rude bedside manner when he was presented with a down and out patient who just happened to be down economically.
He asked "So what are you, a charity case?"
and "What's wrong with you, you can't go get a job?"
When you husband is out of work temporarily and you DO have healthcare coverage albeit through a government "welfare" program, this is not a nice thing to say. Not very professional demeanor conducive to building a patient/doctor relationship which I assume would be "much" better if cash or a better insurance program was paying the bill.
