Beware this procrasstinator. I submitted FAA form 8500-8 May 2013 for a flight physical document.I also paid the fee, $104.00. I had to resubmit form 8500-8 Jan 2014. I was told the first form was outdated. If it was outdated, I should have had my fee returned. Jan 2014, I recieved a very brief physical, which I was not aware of,I was not told I had to have another physical, and charged another fee of $75.00. Had Dr. Mark done a honorable and honest job I should have received the flight physical document in Sept/Oct time period.
I had one phone conversation with Dr Mark and he verbally told me I had passed. He was confused about dates to be used on the flight document. It is very apparent Dr. Mark is not sure what service to airmen means.I feel his operation is non professional.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
