Not happy with this Dr at all. She asked me numerous questions about my allergies and Rosacea, which I thought was nice...until I received a huge bill!!! Then they argued with me about it. They made the error & coded my insurance incorrectly, billing me for TWO office visits and for blood work that I thought was part of the routine physical which would have been 100% covered by my insurance. Now, due to their error, I have a bill for $400 trying to go to collections! I went to one office visit, and quickly switched doctors after that!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
