The one thing that I really am disappointed about is their low level of customer service. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be, they lost my paperwork. I would never refer my family and friends here. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. when i got to the pharmacy the Dr (not Gruesbeck) wrote the wrong prescription, had to go back and face those rude receptionist again.
