The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly, especially since I have now been going to Dr. Valdez for 20+ plus years. They always return my phone calls at least within the same day or next. I have already sent others there and they were quite pleased with the doctor. Dr. Valdez always take the necessary time to listen and talk with me; great bedside manner which you typically don't find with some of the other doctors I've seen in the past.
