They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
