They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. This person should not be a family practitioner. For Physical checkup, I don't feel I am examined as my previous doctor. I was given the wrong prescriptions. The first year, I had to call and got the correct prescription. This year, I only caught one wrong prescription during the visit and got the correct one. But I caught another wrong prescription afterwards. I didn't even bother to call. I don't feel that the doctor is well knowledgeable. If you asked about any problems or get any prescriptions, it's charged office visit on top of the preventive care visit starting this year without informing the patient beforehand. The receptionist is rude on the phone and in the office. I was the first patient and still waited for a long time to be seen. I will not be returning!
It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
