Santone is a little dry and to-the-point for some people's taste, but I'd rather have an honest, efficient physician as opposed to a "friend". The wait can be rather long (45+ minutes), but that is because she takes the extra time with patients as needed. The front staff is incredibly nice and goes out of their way to help. The nurses are pleasant. Overall a great experience each time and highly recommended.
