Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
