Our family has been seeing Dr. Alderete for many years. He has always taken his time with our visits, listens to what we are saying before he starts to answer, and really explains any tests he orders or medication he is prescribing.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
