They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Dr. Hillner doesn't take time to talk to his patients - you definitely feel like he is just trying to run as many people through as possible. There's no sense that he cares about his patients at all.
I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time and left in the exam room for an extended time.
