They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
