Condescending is the word. Worst bedside manner which prevents him from hearing side effects or effectively altering prescriptions to be helpful. The best prescription? Another doctor.

Today was the first time for me to meet Dr. Gouldy and let me just say, I'm so very glad he is not our regular doctor. He was the single most condescending, arrogant doctor I have every met. The person he liked to hear talk the most was himself. He had little or nor regard for anything I had to say concerning my sick child. When I suggested what I thought was wrong with her because of her symptoms, he completely disagreed and said it was the flu. Turns out I was right with MY diagnosis. This man didn't just border on being rude - he WAS rude. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Ever.
