Dr. Dons is a thorough and very caring doctor. He took my concens seriously and was able to get to the bottom of the problem where another Endocrinologist had failed. The staff was pleasant and professional. I've never had to wait very long in the waiting room. I recommend Dr. Dons highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Dons for six years. He always takes the time to listen to every question or concern I may have, and adress each issue appropriately. I never feel rushed, or feel like I was just a number. I typically do not wait long, but there are times (few) that I did have to wait past my appointment, and even then those times were still less than other doctor's offices. They are always apologetic when that happens. I do not mind, because of the time he takes with me, I know I won't be rushed, either. It is handicap accessable, and the waiting room is very spacious. Anytime I have called with questions they are always quick to get back to me. He is a very caring doctor and I would recommend him (and have recommended him) to family, friends, and others.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
