They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
