I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Micheletti is the best.
