They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
