I arrived at 2:50pm for my 3pm appt. I finished my new patient paperwork at 3:15pm. When I gave it to the front desk one of the girls asked me about my insurance and my deductible and informed me that if I had not met my deductible I would have to pay a $150.00 deposit. I declined to do so as I have a zero co-pay plan and prefer all my charges cycle through my insurance. After arguing for a bit and with a quick consult with the doctor it was agreed that I would not have to pay the deposit. By this time it was 3:45pm...well past my appointment time. With only one other customer in the waiting room the entire time I was there I thought I would be right in. By 4:30pm I was getting pretty impatient and upset and by 4:45 I had had it and went to the window to get my forms back. Magically the doctor appeared to call my name when the girl went back to get my forms. I took the forms and hit the door running never to return again.

I cant tell you if Dr. Garcia is a good doctor or not. After 2 hrs in an empty waiting room I couldn't care less if he is the best cardiologist in the world. I take customer service very seriously and this office failed at every aspect of and for the entire time I was here. At least the guy in the parking garage that took my $8.00 was nice to me
