Dr. D'Agostino is a great doctor, I just wished he he could perhaps pull in another doctor and run a joint clinic to handle his workload. Often times the appointments are very short and you will spend quite a while in the waiting room after your scheduled appointment time. The one thing that keeps bringing me back is that he does care about your pain management needs and will attempt many different paths to reducing pain that don't involve opiates and the normal "take this pill" drill. If he could budget 30 minutes per patient, and meet appointments on time, I'd rate him at 5 stars.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. This Dr and his staff is one of the worst places I've been to and seen... I should have left on the first visit... Carl D'Agostino only stays in the room about 1 MIN maybe 2.. He doesn't listen to what is bothering you or hurting. He doesn't remember nothing that you told him at the last appointment. He doesn't remember what he gives you. Nor does he remember the instructions have gave you.. Example.. I told him another doctor gave a different pain pills and he told me stop talking them and gave me a high does of hydrocodone and he never put that in my chart..
Also about the staff they are very rude and will deny you called in even if you have a cell phone record.. His wife so called "office manager" is the most rudest person in that office.. Callie so called CMA will not call back after you leave message after message and then deny that you called.
This office and doctor is so money hungry and greedy!!! And if you call and complain about the serivce that you have received they will dismiss you as a patient.....

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
