Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
