I receive a reminder call if my appointment is not last minute. They are reliable; contacted me when I was unable to begin injections and called back with concern since I was still too ill to begin. The office's appearance is neat and clean and busy. The staff is very friendly and seem to get along well with each other. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I do think that Dr. Kline jumps to conclusions and needs to listen closer to my symptoms. He tends to his speciallty - allergies- and will recommend another specialist for any other related problem (i.e. ENT). The service from the staff is very considerate and professional.
