Dr. Apaliski is very personable and he helped my daughter feel at ease about the procedures and testing she would have to do. He also addresses her personally during the visits, which validates and encourages her role in actively managing her conditions. He doesn't talk "over her" to the parents; rather, he talks with her and allows us to chime in. I love his style! As for the office itself and the office staff, well, I can tell that they take pride in their office's appearance and service to patients. The office is well organized and well taken care of. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but they are courteous and make the effort to use my daughter's name when they are addressing us. I do wish there was a little more space, but it's a small sacrifice considering they are responsive on the phone, don't make you wait long, they are very friendly, they have kids' spaces, and there are plenty of things to read or watch while you wait.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
