As a whole Old Harding pediatrics is absolutely outstanding. Dr Keffer and the staff are absolutely wonderful. But Dr. Heil is horrid. He should not be practicing if you ask questions or don’t just agree with him and nod your head like you’re stupid then he yells. It’s unacceptable to be yelled at by a doctor with my 10-year-old sitting there who got very upset. I am contacting the medical board Monday along with my attorney to see if I can see him personally it is time patient stop allowing doctors to treat them like they’re nothing.
