The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
