Dr. Baxter has treated me for two different injuries, both of which required surgery. He is kind and patient; he answers questions thoroughly and is straight-forward in his responses. He's confident, but not cocky. He's a man of faith, easy to trust, and a good listener to boot.

Dr. Baxter has done 2 shoulder and 1 knee surgery for me. He is not only competent, but his bedside manner is great. I never felt rushed with him and he always explained (and reexplained if needed) all proceedures for me. His staff is great as well. 5 stars.
