I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I have seen Dr. Kristy Newton several times. She has always been patient, listened carefully and taken care of every issue I have had. She delivered my second child and it was a fantastic birthing experience. She performed surgery to remove scar tissue from a cesarian section with my first child. This got rid of pain I suffered with for years before I saw her and explained what was happening. I was sent to several bladder doctors and given many different treatments prior. This is when I decided I wanted her for my obstetrician. I think she is one of the best doctors out there in Knoxville, and I have had to see many doctors in my lifetime.
