The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Dr. Arze is one of the most professional doctors I have ever experienced. He takes his time and is very concerned about his patients and their well being. He seems to put his patients first and genuinely cares for each one of them. I am very lucky to have Dr. Arze as a doctor and would recommend him to anyone looking for a OBGYN.
